Bayside Realty Partners, the Bay Area’s largest and fastest growing firm specializing in medical office property management and leasing, is seeking an experienced Property Manager/Leasing Agent to be on-site at a significant institutional medical office building on the west side of San Francisco.
The Property Manager will report directly to the Senior Property Director, who is responsible for the company’s San Francisco portfolio of medical office buildings. Primary responsibilities include the operation and maintenance of the buildings and grounds, tenant relations, leasing, and reporting functions.

Essential Job Functions:
•Establishes a positive working relationship with tenants through property visits and calls. •Promptly replies to tenant service requests and general inquiries. •Ensures property is well- maintained and repaired in good condition. •Contracts and provides direction to vendors and/or engineering staff •Assigns work priorities, determines the extent of repairs and necessary corrective measuresRegularly and thoroughly inspects the property. •Ensures timely collection and deposit of rent and other accounts receivables. Follows company protocol for delinquencies including tenant and landlord communication and delinquency reporting. •Has an in-depth knowledge of operating expenses and reconciliations. •Prepares and manages operating budgets. •Interacts with owners . •Manages and oversees property improvement projects, both tenant and building related. •Negotiates renewals and leases under the direction of the Senior Property Director.
Education and Experience Requested:
•Bachelor’s degree with minimum 3 years commercial property management preferred, strong preference for medical or professional office building experience. •Leasing skills and/or willingness to learn. •Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. •Strong computer skills, proficient in MS Office programs. Yardi experience is a plus. •Experience in developing budgets. •Superior customer service skills and orientation. Collaborative style needed. •Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. •Ability to plan and manage work under time constraints, without direct supervision. •Sound troubleshooting skills and the capacity to fully resolve problems. •A valid driver’s license is required. •California Department of Real Estate license required or in process at time of hire. •Must be able to be on call for emergency response 7 days a week.
Additional Salary Information: Base salary plus bonus and commissions.
