Bayside Realty Partners, the Bay Area’s largest and fastest growing firm specializing in the property management and leasing of medical office properties, is seeking an experienced Property Manager in its San Francisco office. The Property Manager will report directly to the Senior Property Director, who is responsible for the company’s San Francisco portfolio of 4 significant medical office buildings. Primary responsibilities include the operation and maintenance of the buildings and grounds, tenant relations, leasing, and accounting functions.

Its 21 employees across 5 offices all have institutional commercial real estate experience and serve properties in San Francisco, the Peninsula, the South Bay, the East Bay and Napa. We uniquely offer members of our property management staff the opportunity to complete renewal and new leases, enabling them to round out their experience, negotiate transactions and to earn additional meaningful leasing commissions. Moreover, this experience makes them more effective managers.
•Establishes a positive working relationship with tenants through property visits and calls. •Adequately clarifies lease requirements and terms and enforces leases. •Promptly replies to tenant service requests and general inquiries. •Ensures properties are maintained and repaired in good condition. •Contracts and provides direction to vendors and/or engineering staff •Assigns work priorities, determines the extent of repairs and necessary corrective measures, and when applicable is responsible for control and operations of the heating and air conditioning systems and other building systems. •Regularly and thoroughly inspects the commercial properties, grounds and tenant spaces. •Submits monthly property inspection reports based on observations, noting specific locations, conditions, and recommendations for corrective action. •Ensures timely collection and deposit of rent and other accounts receivables. Follows company protocol for delinquencies including tenant and landlord communication and delinquency reporting. •Has an in-depth knowledge of CAM and CAM Reconciliations. •Prepares and manages operating budgets. •Interacts with owner clients as appropriate •Manages and oversees property improvement projects, both tenant and building related. •Negotiates renewals and leases under the direction of the Senior Property Director and in accordance with established leasing parameters.
