Firm seeks a high-energy, motivated individual to assist in day-to-day property management, including leasing, tenant improvements, capital projects and office administration. The right individual will be proactive and detail oriented with excellent verbal and written communication skills, and Excel expertise. Background and experience in commercial property management is strongly preferred. This is a rare opportunity to learn about all facets of commercial real estate management in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment with lots of variety.
Operations and Leasing: - Management of property information and files including tenant and vendor lists. - Tenant relationship management. - Property maintenance and tenant improvement bidding and scheduling. - Assist with preparation of new leases and amendments. - Set up files and correspondence with new tenants such as welcome letters, etc.
Administration Support: - Make copies, opening mails, answering phones, filing and other administrative support.
- Bachelors degree. - Solid written/verbal communication skills. - Very good computer skills including MS Office, especially Excel. - Excellent organizational and time management skills. - Demonstrated strong work ethic and maturity. - Ability to handle multiple priorities with a results-oriented attitude. - Enthusiastic, flexible self-starter who works well alone and in a team. - Must be professional, always on time and an overall sharp individual. - 2 years or more of related commercial property operations experience preferred. - Yardi experience is a plus.
