Under general direction, the Port’s Senior Waterfront Property Manager is responsible for marketing, leasing and managing the Port’s retail, commercial and industrial properties within the parameters of a regulatory environment. The Senior Property Manager is also responsible for carrying out, interpreting and coordinating existing policies, methods and procedures of the Port’s Real Estate & Development Division related to management and leasing of Port real estate. This is a management level position that requires experienced leadership and hands-on property, asset and facility management and analytic background. This position handles the more complex negotiating/leasing activities, significant property issues and direct supervision of various professional and support staff. Thi
